1. Proper Anchoring (How the inflatable is secured)

The inflatable must always be firmly secured. If installed on grass, long metal stakes should be used; if on asphalt or indoors, heavy sandbags must be placed at every anchor point. It should never be left unsecured!

2. Capacity Rules by Age and Size

Mixing big kids with toddlers is the number one cause of bumps and accidents. Children should be divided into groups of similar ages or heights. Additionally, every inflatable has a maximum user limit that must be respected to prevent collisions and maintain proper air pressure.

3. Constant Adult Supervision

An inflatable should never be left unattended with children inside. There must always be at least one adult supervising the game to ensure kids don't do dangerous flips, climb the mesh walls, or enter with shoes, food, or sharp objects (like glasses or keys).

4. Thorough Cleaning and Sanitization

Hygiene is a crucial part of keeping children safe and healthy. Always demand that equipment arrives clean. A safe inflatable is one that is fully sanitized before each event to prevent the buildup of germs, dust, or moisture.

5. Weather and Electrical Conditions

Water and electricity do not mix, and high winds are dangerous. If it starts to rain or winds exceed 15 mph (24 km/h), the inflatable must be evacuated immediately and the blower turned off. Also, all extension cords must be protected, kept out of walkways, and plugged into a safe outlet.
